Rates quoted are for minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 guests.
Rates are in NZ dollars and include a 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All reservation requests are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Rates are based on guests self-catering all meals.   Guests will be charged additional for provisioning and catering services.

Check in: 2.00pm          Check out: 10.00am  (unless prior arrangements are made).

A 25% deposit will be required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be invoiced 60 days prior and is due for payment no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.  A reminder will be sent in advance of the payment date.
